The timeline
Counted back from the portal deadline in UK working days. A Deadline Pack’s final draft reaches you five working days before the deadline, so you can check it, price it and submit it yourself.
These are the latest safe dates. Ordering earlier gives more room, and the dates are confirmed in writing with your order.
What you supply
For a Deadline Pack or a pilot
The full tender pack. If it sits behind a portal login, you download it and share a folder with me; I never hold your portal logins.
The evidence the questions ask for: case studies and contract examples, CVs, policies, certificates, insurance and accounts. You get a list of exactly what, and by when.
One person for the 45-minute kick-off call who can say how you would run the contract.
A check of every claim in the draft, by the date in the timeline.
Your prices and the signed declarations. You price, sign and submit through the portal yourselves.
For a Bid Red-Team
Your draft answers, the questions and the marking scheme, by the last day to order.
The rest of the tender pack, and anything the marking scheme refers to, such as the specification or a social value model.
Your revisions and the submission, after the critique comes back.
The terms
Paid in full before work starts. By the payment link, or by UK bank transfer against an invoice in pounds. No VAT is added; your accountant can confirm whether the reverse charge applies.By invoice, ask a working day earlier. The invoice comes within one UK working day of your order email. Pay within one UK working day of the invoice; later payment moves the dates back by the same number of working days.Confirmed within one UK working day. I check that I do not already work for another bidder on the same lot, that I have room, and that the pack fits the word count. If I cannot take the tender, you get a full refund. If it needs a larger pack, you choose: pay the difference, or a full refund.A full refund if you cancel before the kick-off call. After it, no refund; if the buyer cancels or postpones the tender, what you paid is credited against another tender ordered within six months.A missed date is on me. If I miss a delivery date for a reason in my control, and your inputs arrived on time, you choose a full refund or late delivery.No win guarantee and no success fee. The fee is for the work, whatever the result.You stay in charge of the bid. You check every claim, set the price and submit.
