In every Deadline Pack
Lite and Standard differ in length, not in what is included.
- A 45-minute kick-off call on Google Meet with Madhvan, prepared from your tender pack.
- A compliance matrix (XLSX): every requirement, with its source, owner, status and due date.
- An evidence list, so you know exactly what to gather and by when.
- Every quality and social value answer, drafted to the marking scheme and cut to the word limits. Social value is what the contract does for the local community and the environment.
- Method statements, and KPI and risk tables where the questions ask for them.
- A claims table: every factual claim with its source, for you to confirm or correct.
- A self-score against the marking scheme, with the reasons and what would raise it.
- One round of revisions.
- The final Word document and portal-ready text, five working days before the deadline, with a submission checklist and a short note on how AI tools were used.

The Bid Red-Team
£395, back in two working days.
For firms that write their own bids: we mark your draft against the buyer’s own marking scheme. Send your draft, the questions and the marking scheme. Within two working days you get a score for each answer against the marking scheme, a redline (your draft with suggested changes marked), and a check against the compliance requirements.
Order it at least seven working days before the deadline, so there is time to act on it. If you order a Deadline Pack within 30 days, the £395 is credited in full.
The Interim Bid Writer seat
An in-house bid writer was advertised at £35,000 to £70,000 a year on Reed on 23 October 2026.
A monthly bid writer, without the hire. For firms that bid most months, or are thinking of hiring a bid writer. If you bid six to twelve times a year, a Prepaid 3-pack usually costs less; it is available after your first Deadline Pack. Each Monday you get tenders matched to your sectors and regions, each with a short bid/no-bid memo. Up to 15,000 finished words a month go into the bids you choose, a reusable answer library is built as you go, and there is a weekly 30-minute call.
£1,750 a month with a three-month minimum, or £4,950 for a quarter paid in advance.
Founding pilots
Evendraft started in October 2026, so there are no client testimonials yet. These three places are how the first ones will be earned.
Three places at £295, for any single tender up to 8,000 words, ordered and paid in November 2026.
The work is the same as a Deadline Pack. In return you agree to give a testimonial in your own words and to let one answer be published in anonymised form after the contract is awarded. Nothing is published without your written approval of the final text, and anything published says that you paid the founding-pilot price.
Payment, VAT and invoices
For your finance team: the details they will ask for, in one place.
You receive an invoice in pounds before work starts, and the work starts when payment clears. How to pay: UK bank transfer in pounds; details on the invoice.
No VAT is added. The service is supplied from India to a UK business customer, so your finance team may need to account for VAT under the reverse charge; your accountant can confirm. Invoices show your company name, address and company number, and your VAT number if you have one.

Terms in brief
- A fixed fee, paid in full before work starts.
- A full refund if you cancel before the kick-off call.
- The delivery date holds if your inputs arrive by the agreed inputs date; if they are late, delivery moves back by the same number of working days.
- If the buyer changes the deadline, we agree new dates with you at no extra cost. If it brings the deadline forward, we do what we reasonably can but cannot guarantee the original scope.
- One round of revisions.
- No win guarantee and no success fee.
- You fact-check and approve every claim, set the price and submit.
- Liability is capped at the fee for the order concerned.
- You own the deliverables once they are paid for.
- Content on TUPE, legal, tax or insurance points is drafting, not advice.
