Even, as in even-handed, then draft. The free memo will tell you not to bid when the gates or the odds are against you, and every answer is measured against the marking scheme and backed by your own evidence, not by adjectives.

The top of our sample scored answer: Question 2d, Service Level Agreement; weight 10 of 100 quality points; marked 0 to 5; no word limit set, written to our own cap of 600; 599 words used.

Evendraft

Bengaluru, India
23 October 2026

I’m Madhvan Sharma, based in Bengaluru. I’ve started businesses of my own and worked in B2B sales and operations, and I build software and AI workflows, which is how Evendraft reads every document in a tender pack and tracks every requirement. You don’t have to take my word for any of it: send a live tender and judge the free memo before you pay anything.

Drafting uses AI tools, working from your tender pack, your documents and our kick-off call. There is no team of writers behind me, and I won’t describe the work as human-written. What I am accountable for is the method and the dates: every requirement found and tracked, every answer drafted to the marking scheme and cut to its limit, and the finished files with you five working days before the portal closes.

You check and approve every claim, set the price and submit. That split is deliberate: you know your business, and the buyer will hold you to what the bid says.

Where things stand

If any of this rules Evendraft out for you, it is better to know on the first call.

Evendraft started in October 2026. There are no client testimonials yet, and none will be invented.

The samples are a real reading of a live tender, written for a fictional supplier so you can see the method. Three founding pilots are available in November 2026 at £295, in return for an honest testimonial in the client’s own words. Evendraft is not a UK company and has no UK office.

Who it is for

Limited companies and LLPs that bid for public contracts and write the bids themselves, around the day job.

Ltd or LLP
Registered at Companies House
5 to 250 staff
Big enough to bid, too small for a bid team
4 to 15 bids a year
Often enough that the work repeats
No bid writer yet
The role is advertised at £35,000 to £70,000 a year (Reed listings, 23 October 2026)

Usually in IT and software, facilities management and cleaning, training, maintenance and repair, engineering consultancy, construction services or business services.

Not a fit: sole traders and ordinary partnerships, catering and hospitality, clinical health and social care, marketing and creative agencies, and taxi or passenger transport.

What I won’t do

  • Invent proof: clients, quotes, statistics or results.
  • Promise a win, or take a success fee.
  • Contact the buyer or evaluators for you, or hold your portal logins.
  • Work for two bidders on the same lot of the same tender.
  • Keep emailing after you say no. Reply “no thanks” and that is the end of it.

A memo on your tender

The quickest way to judge the work is to see it on a tender you care about.

Send one live tender. Within 24 hours of having the full pack you get a bid/no-bid memo and a compliance matrix. No charge, and no obligation.

Prefer to talk first? Arrange a call on Google Meet, 12pm to 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday.

Ask for a free memo

The button opens an email with the three things to send: the tender link, your company and the portal deadline. Nothing is sent until you press send.
